Abstract

Não basta afirmar que os direitos de liberdades e os direitos sociais defendem-se a si próprios ou uns aos outros, mas devem ser entendidos numa actuação diária, colocando em prática o funcionamento efectivo das normas. Sem para tal descurar à sociedade conjugando-a com a vivência real dentro da dinâmica da Constituição.

To certain extent, one cannot just say that the freedom rights and the social rights advocate to one another. Furthermore, they must be understood on a daily action, putting into practice the effective working of the Act. While not just neglecting the society but also conjugating with real experiences within the dynamics of the Constitution.
