Resumo
A presente dissertação é apresentada em Mestrado de Direito Empresarial tendo como
tema os efeitos da insolvência do promitente vendedor no contrato – promessa de compra
e venda, o que pode ser classificado como o destino final do presente mister, no entanto
existem aspetos que devem ser considerados para um melhor entendimento do tema.
Assim, a pretensão do texto é inicialmente remeter o leitor até alguns institutos de direito
civil e da insolvência, que são fundamentais ao desenvolvimento do tema, para,
posteriormente, abordar de forma cientifica e didática os efeitos que o decreto da
insolvência gera nas promessas contrato de compra e venda.
This dissertation is presented in a Master's Degree in Business Law having as its theme the effects of the insolvency of the promising seller in the contract - promise of purchase and sale, which can be classified as the final destination of this business, however there are aspects that must be considered for a better understanding of the theme. Thus, the aim of the text is to initially refer the reader to some institutes of civil law and insolvency, which are fundamental to the development of the theme, to subsequently address in a scientific and didactic way the effects that the insolvency decree generates a purchase and sale contract in the promises.
