Para tanto, utilizou-se de uma revisão bibliográfica nos programas de governo especialmente os direcionado ao SENAI/Pa, órgão especializado e coordenado pela Federação das Indústrias do Estado do Pará (FIEPA) sobre orientação da Confederação Nacional da Indústria (CNI) para qualificar e profissionalizar trabalhadores para inserção no mercado de trabalho. A metodologia utilizada foi a revisão bibliográfica e para as análises aplicou-se o método do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo com o objetivo de interpretar e traçar o perfil deste profissional formado pelo programa. O resultado da pesquisa mostra a evolução do ensino profissionalizante ao longo dos anos à luz de reflexões da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases (LDB) do Ministério da Educação e Cultura e a participação efetiva do SENAI na formação de profissionais em todo o Estado do Pará.This paper presents an analysis of the vocational education in the state of Pará specifically the relationship between the level of education of the applicant for the position and the guarantee of fixing the job. For this, we used a literature review in government programs especially directed to SENAI/Pa, specialized agency and coordinated by the Federation of Industries of the State of Pará (FIEPA) on guidance from the National Confederation of Industry (CNI) to qualify and professionalise workers for insertion in the labor market. The methodology used was the literature review and the analysis applied the method of the Collective Subject Discourse in order to interpret and define the profile of this professional trained by the program.
