A família reveste-se de uma enorme importância na tradição africana, portanto, os líderes religiosos do continente interessam-se em encontrar estratégias para ajudar a consolidar as relações conjugais e familiares. Neste trabalho procuramos reflectir sobre a situação específica da família cristã angolana, particularmente em Cabinda, de forma que as igrejas locais possam cumprir a sua função, no sentido de encontrarem instrumentos de acção prática, que vão ao encontro das necessidades actuais e ajudem a promover relações eficazes.
