Tratou-se objectivamente de um processo diacrónico no qual convergiram várias tradições independentes, mas onde também se pressentem «pontos comuns»: 1) a necessidade de conciliar as crenças em torno da divindade principal de determinado local; 2) o sublinhar, em consequência, da «superioridade moral» desse(s) centro(s) teológico(s) e dos seus sacerdotes e 3) o explicar da dialéctica entre a ordem e o caos a partir da existência explicita de determinadas qualidades divinas nos respectivos demiurgos e suas famílias. Além disso, detectam-se nas narrativas mitológicas alguns traços comuns ao nível dos termos e do vocabulário convocados que derivam justamente de uma subliminar intertextualidade discursiva e de um intenso diálogo nocional entre os vários sistemas explicativos egípcios sobre a fundação do cosmos.In ancient Egypt, the theological thought that sustained both the theogony and cosmogony of the various religious centers was not, obviously, developed at the same time. It was undoubtfully a diachronic process in which several independent traditions converged, but where, at the same time, one can find some “common points”: 1) the need of harmonizing the beliefs surrounding the main deity of a certain place, 2) the consequent highlighting of that theological centers’ and their priests’ “moral superiority” and 3) the explanation of the dialectic between order and chaos through the explicit presence of certain divine qualities in their own demiurges and their families.
