Trata-se de um estudo exploratória de abordagem quantitativa, em que se aplicou um questionário composto por medidas de comportamento ecológico, comportamento frugal, identidade ambiental, bem como dados sociodemográficos. Os resultados mostram uma maior associação entre identidade ambiental e a frugalidade do que ao comportamento ambiental, e que no contexto angolano as mulheres e os mais velhos têm maior identidade ambiental, que os mais instruídos e a viver em ambiente urbano têm mais ações comportamentais em prol do ambiente.This study aims to analyze the relationship between environmental identity and ecological behavior, exploring the role of socioeconomic status in the population of Angola. This is an exploratory study with a quantitative approach, in which a questionnaire composed of measures of ecological behavior, frugal behavior, environmental identity, as well as sociodemographic data was applied.
