O relatório focar-se-á na descrição, análise, fundamentação e reflexão das decisões e ações subjacentes ao dia-a-dia da equipa ao longo da época desportiva. Verificou-se uma aprendizagem e evolução significativa no desempenho do papel do treinador na área da organização e gestão do treino, em todas as suas dimensões (planeamento, avaliação e condução). O relatório encontra-se dividido em três fases: (1) Caracterização Geral, que inclui o plano individual de estágio, a caracterização da instituição de estágio e da equipa e contexto competitivo. (2) Planificação Estratégica e Tática, que inclui os modelos utilizados ao longo da época (Jogo, Treino e de Observação) como também os pressupostos fundamentais do período pré-competitivo e competitivo. (3) Conclusões finais, que expõe uma reflexão sobre as experiências vividas ao longo da época desportiva.The purpose of this report is to analyze the traineeship process, developed in Iniciados A of Sporting Clube de Portugal, during the 2016/2017 sports season, which consisted of a huge training and professional experience. The report will focus on the description, analysis, rationale and reflection of the decisions and actions underlying the team's day-to-day life throughout the sporting season. There was a significant learning and evolution in the performance of the trainer's role in the organization and management of the training, in all its dimensions (planning, evaluation and conduction). The report is divided into three phases: (1) General Characterization, which includes the individual internship plan, the characterization of the internship institution and the team and the competitive context. (2) Strategic and Tactical Planning, which includes the models used throughout the time (Game, Training and Observation) as well as the fundamental assumptions of the pre-competitive and competitive period.
