Neste trabalho poderá encontrar inicialmente uma contextualização do estágio e os objetivos definidos para mim. Será realizada uma caracterização geral da instituição de estágio, equipa técnica e atletas com quem trabalhei. Objetivos individuais e coletivos, formativos e de performance orientadores do processo de treino também serão descritos. Os Modelos de Jogo, Treino e Observação serão alvo de análise e reflexão, tal como o Processo de Treino, procurando aprofundar o conhecimento em áreas essenciais de intervenção para o treinador/analista. Os volumes dos conteúdos de treino ao longo da época serão calculados para que se proceda a um estudo relativo ao processo de treino. O contexto competitivo será caracterizado e a evolução da competição será demonstrada. O estudo inserido neste trabalho terá como objectivo entender de que maneira a metodologia das networks e a Observação e Análise se poderão relacionar. Esta ideia surge da procura em compreender para onde a Observação e Análise poderá crescer, visto ser uma área ainda embrionária no nosso país. Finalmente, será realizado um balanço do estágio com uma reflexão pessoal e sugestões futuras.The internship process, as part of the Master degree in Football – Youth to High Competition, was performed on the Under-17 of VSC. In this paper you will initially find a contextualization of the internship and its goals defined by me. It will be made a general characterization of the internship institution, staff and athletes who I worked with. Individual and collective goals, formative and performance related, guiding the Training Process will be described too. The Game Model, Training and Observation will be analyzed and reflected about, such as the Training Process searching for deeper knowledge on these crucial areas of intervention for the coach/analyst. The volumes of training content during season will be calculated so we can proceed to a study concerning the training process. The competitive context will be characterized and its evolution will be demonstrated. The study inside this work aims to understand how the methodology of social networks and Observation and Analysis can relate. This idea comes up from the seek to understand where Observation and Analysis can grow, because it’s still an embryonic area on our country.
