Neste sentido, é essencial que o treino, nomeadamente, a metodologia aplicada na sua realização seja assente numa estrutura bem sustentada, só assim se consegue obter patamares de rendimento individuais e colectivos e, consequentemente, o sucesso desportivo. O presente documento pretende expor detalhadamente o processo de estágio curricular que se realizou na equipa de Iniciados A de futebol do Sport Grupo Sacavenense, ao longo da época desportiva 2016/2017, dentro de um contexto de futebol de formação que tinha por competição o Campeonato Nacional. Procura-se com este relatório dar a conhecer todo o percurso desenvolvido ao longo do estágio, analisando toda a envolvente do processo de treino, discriminando-se as metodologias utilizadas, o contexto e os intervenientes que fizeram parte deste jogo. Todo este caminho contribuiu para me aproximar o mais possível do objectivo de ser um treinador de excelência.Football is a collective sports game, which happens in a context of high variability, unpredictability and randomness, with confronting teams fighting for the same goals (Garganta, 1997). In this sense, it is essential that the training, namely the methodology applied in it, is based in a well-supported structure, because that is the only way to achieve individual and collective performance levels and, as a consequence, sports success. This document intends to expose in detail the process of curricular internship that took place in the main team of initiates A of Sport Grupo Sacavenense during the 2016/2017 sports season, held within a context of soccer training in the National Championship. With this report we want to reveal the course that has been developed throughout the internship, analyzing the whole surrounding of the training process, discriminating the methodologies that were used, the context and the participants that were a part of this game.
