Tem como objetivo principal a descrição, fundamentação e reflexão das decisões subjacentes ao treino da equipa. Neste sentido, será feita uma análise profunda e reflexiva sobre o processo de treino conceptualizado e operacionalizado pela equipa técnica, desde o modelo de treino, aos métodos de treino predominantes (quais os fatores fundamentais que contribuíram para essa predominância), ao modelo de jogo adotado pela equipa. O relatório visa ainda a apresentação do enquadramento da instituição de estágio (história, instalações e recursos), a caracterização da equipa (plantel e objetivos) e do contexto competitivo, a análise das competições oficiais e a análise individual competitiva dos jogadores. A realização deste estágio foi uma oportunidade enriquecedora para crescer como treinador e pessoa, de onde retirei importantes ensinamentos sobre a difícil atividade que é ser treinador de futebol, e todas as implicações inerentes a essa profissão, nomeadamente na condução de uma equipa ao objetivo estabelecido inicialmente, desde o momento de planeamento até à avaliação da época desportiva.This report comes as part of the professional training of the Masters in Football - from training to high competition, from the Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias, held in the Junior A team of Sport Grupo Sacavenense, which competed in the Junior A National Championship 1 Division, in the 2016/2017 season. Its main objective is to describe ground and reflect the decisions underlying the training of the team. In this sense, a deep and reflexive analysis will be made on the training process conceptualized and operationalized by the technical team, from the training model, to the predominant training methods (which were the fundamental factors that contributed to this predominance), to the game model adopted by the team. The report also aims to present the framework of the training institution (history, facilities and resources), the characterization of the team (squad and objectives) and the competitive context, the analysis of the official competitions and the individual competitive analysis of the players.
