No inicio pretende-se abordar de forma sucinta, os conceitos de Poder, Política, Homem e Estado; destaca-se nesta investigação através da pesquisa bibliogáfica, as políticas públicas educacionais no Brasil e a formação técnica oferecida pelo governo federal aos trabalhadores. Pautado no método teórico-empírico e valendo-se de dados coletados por meio de questionário semiestruturado, tratando da fundação histórica e a implementação do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Rondónia a partir de 2008. Na conclusão do trabalho constatou-se que 38.88% dos investigaçãodos afirmam que o poder público federal tem contribuído de forma significativa para a formação técnica dos trabalhadores no Estado e 33,33% perceberam como sendo expressiva a atuação do governo na esfera federal no que tange à formação técnica dos trabalhadores na região.This research intends to investigate the role of the federal government in the technical training of workers in Rondónia since 2008, specifically in relation to Ji-Parana case. Initially, it seeks to approach succinctly, the concepts of Power, Politics, Man and State; then, by means of literature, it examines the main educational public policies in Brazil and the technical training offered by the federal government to workers. Guided by the theoretical and empirical method and drawing on data collected through semi-structured questionnaire that treats the historical foundation and the implementation of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology in Rondónia since 2008.
