É uma unidade curricular integrante do segundo ano do mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, da faculdade de Educação Física e Desporto, da Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias. O meu estágio ocorreu na Escola Básica e Secundária de Carcavelos durante o ano letivo 2020/2021. Este relatório aborda as quatro grandes áreas, correspondentes ao estágio pedagógico, a Lecionação, que relata as aulas de Educação Física lecionadas durante este ano letivo, a Direção de Turma, onde exponho todo meu acompanhamento à diretora de turma e à orientação das aulas, o Desporto Escolar, que aborda a lecionação ao núcleo de atletismo durante este ano letivo, por último, o Seminário, que tem como principal objetivo comparar os resultados da aptidão aeróbia dos alunos, em dois anos completamente distintos, um ano sem confinamento e outro ano com confinamento. De salientar que, na área da Lecionação, da Direção de Turma e do Desporto Escolar, existe um tema de aprofundamento a trabalhar com a respetiva turma/núcleo. It is a curricular unit that integrates the second year of the Master's in Teaching Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education, at the Physical Education and Sports College, at the Lusófona University. My internship took place at the Escola Básica e Secundária de Carcavelos during the 2020/2021 school year. This report addresses the four major areas, corresponding to the pedagogical internship, Teaching, which reports the Physical Education classes taught during this school year, the Class Direction, where I expose all my monitoring to the class director and the guidance of classes, the School Sports, which addresses teaching to the athletics nucleus during this school year, and finally, the Seminar, which has as its main objective to compare the results of the students' aerobic fitness, in two completely different years, one year without confinement and another year with lockdown. It should be noted that, in the area of Teaching, Class Management and School Sports, there is a deepening theme to be worked on with the respective class/nucleus.
