Este artigo centra-se nas figuras desses colportores, apresentando um largo grupo de biografias desses indivíduos.One of the most visible aspects of the action of the Bible Society was that carried out by its colporteurs. Truly “launched” in rural Portugal, undeveloped and with many needs, they lived during a long facing up to a mixture of enthusiasm with some situations of open persecution.
