Dessa forma, o presente estudo tem como objetivo avaliar a potencial ação antiinflamatória e protetora da barreira cutânea de uma formulação dermocosmética contendo um associação de vitaminas. Para tal, foi desenvolvida uma formulação de gelcreme acrescida ou não de 3% de tetraisopalmitato de ascorbila e 1% de D-pantenol. A estabilidade e propriedades sensoriais dessas formulações foram avaliadas. Além disso, foi realizado um estudo de eficácia clínica em curto prazo das formulações por 7 dias. Após esse período, medidas foram realizadas em relação à perda transepidérmica de água e microcirculação sanguínea por Laser Doppler no tempo inicial e após a aplicação do metilnicotinato. Os resultados mostraram que as formulações permaneceram estáveis no período de estudo e apresentaram comportamento não newtoniano pseudoplastico. Além disso, a associação das vitaminas foi eficaz na proteção da pele contra os efeitos do metilnicotinato por reduzir a microcirculação sanguínea, o que sugere que as substâncias ativas em associação, podem apresentar ação anti-inflamatória e protetetora da função barreira da peleThe exposome accelerates the skin aging process, highlighting the need to use cosmetics capable of repairing the damage and maintaining the skin's physiological conditions. Thus, the present study aims to evaluate the potential anti-inflammatory and protective action of a dermocosmetic formulation combination of vitamins. For this, a gel-cream formulation added or not with 3% of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate and 1% of D-panthenol was developed. The stability and sensory properties of these formulations were evaluated. In addition, a short-term clinical efficacy study of the formulations was carried out for 7 days. After this period, measurements were taken in terms of transepidermal water loss and blood microcirculation by Laser Doppler at the initial time and after the application of methyl nicotinate. The results showed that the formulations remained stable during the study period and showed pseudoplastic non-Newtonian behavior.
