Nas áreas da Lecinação e Direção de Turma, os projetos complementaram-se, centrando-se no trabalho cooperativo, na inclusão e na solidariedade. Ao longo do ano letivo foi possível alcançar progressos significativos na maioria dos alunos e contribuir de forma positiva tanto nas aprendizagens como na melhoria das relações aluno-aluno e alunoprofessor. A constante preocupação na formação dos grupos permitiu criar um bom clima de aula e foi visível um envolvimento mais efetivo dos alunos e com maior compromisso em relação à sua aprendizagem, sendo que aos poucos permitiu dar maior autonomia ao trabalho dos grupos e na resolução de conflitos. A semana de PTI foi um momento enriquecedor do processo de estágio, pois permitiu obter uma visão mais global de ser professor com um horário a tempo inteiro e de saber gerir as várias turmas com alunos em diferentes etapas de aprendizagem e necessidades. Também a Saída de Campo foi um momento muito importante, quer pelo culminar do ano letivo quer pela natureza do projeto, de explorar atividades em contacto com a natureza num contexto fora do espaço escolar, durante mais de 48 horas e tendo também como um dos objetivos, desenvolver competências tanto ao nível da saúde, bem-estar como ambiente. No Desporto Escolar, fiquei responsável pelo acompanhamento do grupo-equipa de Voleibol, no escalão Infantil B Feminino, onde foi possível observar melhorias bastante significativas ao nível das aprendizagens das alunas. O meu projeto "Aprendizagem do Voleibol através do jogo reduzido e orientado" contribuiu para a promoção significativa de valores educativos associados à prática desportiva em contexto escolar e para a crescente evolução das alunas, quer a nível individual, técnico e tático, como a nível coletivo na compreensão do jogo. No seminário, aprofundei o tema "Proposta de soluções para o ensino da Patinagem na Escola Básica Conde de Oeiras" aplicando os procedimentos da investigação-ação, para analisar a problemática e propor soluções para a sua resolução. As propostas apresentadas foram analisadas e debatidas e posteriormente reformuladas de modo a contribuir para que a Patinagem venha a ser integrada no currículo da escola.This document reports on the Pedagogical Internship carried out at Escola Básica Conde de Oeiras in the 2023-2024 school year, in the areas of Teaching, Class Management, School Sports and Seminar. In the areas of Teaching and Class Management, the projects complemented each other, focusing on co-operative work, inclusion and solidarity. Over the course of the school year, it was possible to achieve significant progress in the majority of students and make a positive contribution to both learning and improving student-student and student-teacher relationships. The constant focus on group formation made it possible to create a good classroom climate, saw a more effective involvement of the students and a greater commitment to their learning, which gradually led to greater autonomy in the work of the groups and in resolving conflicts. The PTI week was an enriching moment in the internship process, as it gave me a more global view of being a teacher with a full-time schedule and knowing how to manage different classes with students at different stages of learning and needs. The Field Trip was also a very important moment, both because it was the culmination of the school year and because of the nature of the project, to explore activities in contact with nature in a context outside the school environment, for more than 48 hours and also with the aim of developing skills in terms of health, well-being and the environment. In School Sport, I was responsible for supervising the volleyball team at the Infant B level, where it was possible to see very significant improvements in the students' learning. My project "Learning Volleyball through reduced and orientated play" contributed to the significant promotion of educational values associated with sport in a school context and to the students' growing progress, both on an individual, technical and tactical level, as well as on a collective level in their understanding of the game. At the seminar, I explored the topic "Proposed solutions for teaching skating at Escola Básica Conde de Oeiras", applying action research procedures to analyse the problem and propose solutions to solve it.
