O objetivo do presente relatório é analisar e refletir sobre o processo de estágio, desenvolvido com os guarda-redes de futebol nos Iniciados A do Sporting Clube de Portugal (SCP), na época desportiva 2016/2017. O relatório encontra-se dividido em diversas fases: na primeira, que engloba os capítulos um, dois e três, é feita uma caracterização geral, que inclui o plano individual de estágio, a caracterização da instituição de estágio e da equipa e contexto competitivo. Posteriormente, nos capítulos quatro, cinco e seis, são explicitados os elementos mais operacionais do jogo e do treino, que inclui os modelos utilizados ao longo da época (jogo, treino e de observação). De seguida, a elaboração de um artigo no capítulo sete, que permitiu conhecer melhor sobre a temática desenvolvida e refletir sobre a forma como devem ser trabalhadas as diferentes capacidades motoras. Por último, nos capítulos oito e nove, são feitas as reflexões e conclusões finais, que expõem uma reflexão sobre as experiências vividas ao longo da época desportiva.The present work aims at elaborating a final report of the internship, carried out as a result of the final conclusion of the course and the achievement of the Master in Soccer training - from youth to high performance, taught by the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies. The objective of this report is to analyze and reflect upon the internship process, developed with the football goalkeepers of the Under-15 team of Sporting Clube de Portugal (SCP), throughout the 2016/2017 football season. The report is divided into several phases: On the first, which is comprised chapters one, two and three, it provides a general insight, that includes the individual internship plan, the overview of the internship institution and the team as well as the competitive context. Then, in chapters four, five and six, the most operational elements of the game and training are explained, that includes the models used throughout the season (Game, Training and Observation). Subsequently, the elaboration of an article is presented in chapter seven, in which it allowed me to better understand the subject matter examined and to reflect upon how the different motor skills should be worked and developed.
