Surge, então, o problema da decidibilidade – que é a questão central do direito —, abrindo-se o campo para a observação histórica e para a reconstrução da memória no presente.This article intends to analyze elements of the Greek tragedy, from the quandaries of the characters Oedipus and Antigone. The tragedy recreates mythical narratives and utters the basic questions of politics and law.
