Assim, entende-se que seja imperativa a sua existência para o equilíbrio entre os demais poderes públicos, para a própria garantia e proteção do Estado de direito e democrático, e assume a forma de garante “protetor” dos direitos, liberdades e garantias dos particulares dentro de cada ordenamento jurídico.Constitutional justice is characterized as being the maximum expression of the guarantee of observance of the constitutional rules and principles by the laws and other normative acts of the public power, that is, as a guarantee of respect for the order of values set out in the Fundamental Law, Constitutional Law and in the current CRA of the Angolan rule of law.
