A amostra em estudo, foi constituída por 302 indivíduos voluntários que exerciam funções em instituições de voluntariado Portuguesas. Os resultados revelaram que as três escalas apresentaram boas qualidades psicométricas, verificando-se correlações positivas, estatisticamente significativas entre elas. Nesta investigação foram os homens a obter índices de espiritualidade superiores aos das mulheres. Observaram-se diferenças significativas entre organizações, sendo as organizações de cariz religioso, que apresentaram maiores índices de espiritualidade.This Work had as aim the study of spirituality rates in volunteers and voluntary organizations in Portugal, as well as the study of the constructs of Spirituality Scale, Scale Peace of Mind and Spiritual Well-Being Scale Score. The study sample was composed of 302 volunteers who had functions in Portuguese volunteer institutions. The results revealed that the three scales showed good psychometric qualities, verifying positive correlations statistically significant between them. In this investigation were the men to get spirituality rates higher than those of women.
