Para tanto, foi realizado um estudo de caso com aplicação de questionários com perguntas fechadas junto aos cursistas dos cursos em EAD. Também fizemos uma análise documental do Regimento Interno da Secretaria de Estado da Educação SEED, do Projeto Político Pedagógico e Tecnológico do NTE, Projeto Político Pedagógico dos cursos e da ata das reuniões. Os resultados dos questionários, somados as análises documentais, e os aportes teóricos sobre o assunto, demonstraram resultados que foram sistematizados em seis componentes adaptados do modelo de referencial de qualidade do MEC (2007): concepção, material didático, avaliação, equipe multidisciplinar, comunicação e infraestrutura de apoio. O trabalho verifica que os cursistas mostraram-se satisfeitos com o componente material didático, no entanto com relação aos componentes comunicação e infraestrutura de apoio obtiveram uma avaliação negativa na opinião dos mesmos. Trazendo à tona evidencias de como o modelo de gestão tem influenciado no desenvolvimento da educação à distância no NTE. Palavras Chave: Educação, Gestão, EAD, Formação continuada.The research presented here aims to identify the perceptions of the trainees during the learning process of the courses in the distance modality of the NTE - Marco Zero in relation to the dimensions of educational design and resources. For that, a case study was carried out with the application of questionnaires with closed questions with the EAD course participants. We also did a documentary analysis of the Internal Regulation of the SEED Secretariat of State for Education, the Political and Pedagogical Technological Project of the NTE, the Political Pedagogical Project of the courses and the minutes of the meetings. The results of the questionnaires, together with the documentary analyzes, and the theoretical contributions on the subject, showed results that were systematized in six components adapted from the MEC (2007) quality reference model: conception, didactic material, evaluation, multidisciplinary team, communication And supporting infrastructure. The work verifies that the students were satisfied with the didactic material component, however with regard to the communication and support infrastructure components obtained a negative evaluation in their opinion.
