Após uma introdução, apresentação dos objetivos do estágio, da caracterização da equipa e da instituição desportiva de acolhimento, o relatório está divido em três modelos teóricos, sendo estes (i) o modelo de jogo, (ii) o modelo de treino e (iii) o modelo de observação e análise. Tendo como base os modelos teóricos apresentados iremos explicar a sua aplicação prática durante o seu processo de jogo e de treino ao longo da época. Conseguiremos perceber como todos os processos estão interligados entre si e como a sua aplicabilidade resultou numa época desportiva que começou aquém das expectativas iniciais, mas que terminou com resultados desportivos acima dos propostos inicialmente. Foi também elaborado um artigo sobre o Efeito da Idade Relativa no escalão de Sub19 do campeonato Nacional do futebol Português na época 2019/2020. O relatório termina com as conclusões finais que incluem uma reflexão das dificuldades apresentadas ao longo da época, o modo como essas mesmo foram ultrapassadas e como todo o trabalho realizado me fez crescer como treinador e profissional da área.This report aims to describe the internship performed in the Seniors B football team of Futebol Clube de Alverca in the 2020/2021 sporting season. After an introduction, presentation of the internship objectives, the characterization of the team and the host sports institution, the report is divided into three theoretical models, these being (i) the game model, (ii) the training model and (iii) the observation and analysis model. Based on the theoretical models presented, we will explain their practical application during their game and training process throughout the season. We will be able to understand how all processes are interconnected and how their applicability resulted in a sporting season that started below initial expectations but ended with sporting results above those initially proposed. An article was also prepared on the Effect of Relative Age in the Under19 level of the Portuguese national football championship in the 2019/2020 season.
