Para isso, vamos comparar a sua adaptação aos padrões de energia existentes, com a ajuda do programa CE3. Serão analisados dois projetos de reabilitação em modo de exemplo, e será usado como referência o projeto de reabilitação de um palacete do século XIX, o palacete da Quinta da Conceição, transformado em escola de música.The intention of this thesis is to explore the different options available to architects when facing the energetic rehabilitation of old or historic buildings, both from a constructive and an energy generation and use points of view. To that end, we will compare their adequacy to the existing energetic legislation, with the help of the CE3 software tool.
