Deste modo, as temáticas de análise de jogo e futebol constituíram o quadro teórico e concetual. No âmbito do desenvolvimento do relatório, considera-se que os objetivos traçados foram alcançados, destacando-se o cumprimento rigoroso do manual de procedimentos interno e a continuidade de forma efetiva no Departamento de Observação, Análise e Scouting. No contexto operacional, é de evidenciar as seguintes tarefas: A comunicação efetuada durante os jogos com a equipa técnica e o envio de vídeos para os mesmos com os comportamentos táticos individuais e/ou coletivos da equipa e/ou adversário; a estreita ligação com a equipa técnica para apresentação ao intervalo dos vídeos selecionados; a realização dos relatórios de análise e os compactos de vídeo (com ilustração) a patentear os comportamentos táticos individuais e coletivos do adversário e a forma como se poderia condicionar e explorar a sua dinâmica comportamental; a análise do desempenho coletivo e individual da Seleção Nacional. No que concerne ao estudo realizado, foram analisados os golos e indicadores de performance das seleções nacionais femininas de sub-16 na época desportiva 2021/2022. Os resultados da investigação sugerem o seguinte: marcar o primeiro golo aproxima a equipa da vitória; o período de jogo entre os 76 e 90 minutos de jogo é o momento mais propício para que uma das equipas faça golo; o ataque rápido é o método de jogo ofensivo que culmina mais vezes em golo; a recuperação de bola na zona 8 (setor médio-ofensivo central) aumenta as possibilidades de fazer golo; o remate na zona 9 (zona de penálti) aumenta as hipóteses do golo; as combinações até 5 passes são mais frequentes para a obtenção dos golos; o cruzamento é o tipo de assistência mais comum. Considera-se que este estudo é relevante e vem contribuir para o desenvolvimento de novas investigações na comunidade científica, nomeadamente no contexto do futebol feminino. Conclui-se ainda que o analista é um elemento indispensável para o desenvolvimento do trabalho diário das equipas técnicas, devendo este enquadrar a informação no contexto específico em que esteja inserido. Palavras-chave: Futebol; análise de jogo; golo.The internship report framed the trainee student in the role of video analyst and within the context of excellence that is verified in the Portuguese Football Federation, highlighting all the work that he has carried out. In this way, the themes of analysis of the game and football constituted the theoretical and conceptual framework. Within the scope of the development of the report, it is considered that the objectives outlined were achieved, highlighting the strict compliance with the internal procedure’s manual and the effective continuity in the Department of Observation, Analysis and Scouting. In the operational context, the following tasks should be highlighted: The communication made during games with the technical team and the sending of videos to them with the individual and/or collective tactical behaviors of the team and/or opponent; the close connection with the technical team to present the selected videos at half-time; the creation of analysis reports and video clips (with illustration) showing the individual and collective tactical behaviors of the opponent and the way in which his behavioral dynamics could be conditioned and exploited; the analysis of the collective and individual performance of the National Team. Regarding the study, the goals and performance indicators of the under-16 women's national teams in the 2021/2022 sports season were analyzed. The research results suggest the following: scoring the first goal brings the team closer to victory; the period of play between 76 and 90 minutes of play is the most propitious time for one of the teams to score a goal; the fast attack is the offensive method of play that culminates more often in a goal; ball recovery in zone 8 (central mid-offensive sector) increases the chances of scoring a goal; shooting in zone 9 (penalty area) increases the chances of the goal; combinations up to 5 passes are more frequent to obtain the goals; crossing is the most common type of assistance. It is considered that this study is relevant and contributes to the development of new investigations in the scientific community, namely in the context of women's soccer. It is also concluded that the analyst is an indispensable element for the development of the daily work of the technical teams, who must frame the information in the specific context in which it is inserted.
