Esta importância, implica que haja uma constante evolução e aprendizagem sobre novos métodos de ‘scouting’ de rendimento, e nada melhor que experienciar uma época desportiva num gabinete de alta ‘performance’. Neste relatório, apresento o meu estágio realizado no Sport Lisboa e Benfica no departamento do Benfica Lab na área de observação e análise. O meu estágio esteve dividido em tarefas realizadas para a equipa do futebol profissional e para a equipa de Sub-15 (Iniciados A), equipa que estive integrado. Como complemento a estas tarefas, participei também na organização de um evento chamado ‘Sports Sciences Day’ que teve como objetivo apresentar o trabalho que era realizado pelos estagiários aos alunos das faculdades que têm protocolo com o Benfica Lab. Apresento também um plano metodológico com o tema “Caracterização e Análise do Jogo Interior da equipa Futbol Club Barcelona na Liga dos Campeões 2014/2015” com o objetivo de caracterizar e perceber a relevância do jogo interior no processo ofensivo da equipa vencedora da Liga dos Campeões 2014/2015. Como resultado do estágio realizado, adquiri e desenvolvi um leque alargado de competências através das tarefas que foram propostas e através das formações que tive. Destaco como principais evoluções a melhoria na capacidade de filmar, especificamente jogos e treinos, em observar e analisar os mesmos, na apresentação dos relatórios escritos e em vídeo, na utilização de ‘softwares’ para observação e análise e principalmente na evolução no conhecimento sobre o jogo. Destaco também a grande valia que é trabalhar num ambiente de grande camaradagem que cria um envolvimento propício à evolução.The observation and analysis of a Football match, is one area that has increasingly an importance in the games, that sometimes it is decisive in the performance of the team. This importance implies the need of constant evolution and learning about the new methods of income scouting, and nothing better than experience a sportive season in a cabinet of high performance. In this report, I will present my internship in Sport Lisboa e Benfica in the Benfica Lab department in the area of observation and analysis. As a complement to these tasks, I took part as well in the organization of an event called “Sports Sciences Day” that had as an objective to present the work made by the trainees to the students of the universities that have a protocol with Benfica Lab. I introduce as well a methodologic plan with the theme Characterization and Analysis of the Interior Game of Football Club Barcelona in the Champions League 2014/2015 with the objective to characterize and understand the relevance of the interior game in the offensive process of the winning team in the Champions League 2014/2015. As a result of the accomplished internship, I acquired and developed a great amount of competences through the tasks that were proposed and through the formations that I had.I highlight as principal evolutions, the improvement in the capacity of filming, specifically games and trainings, in observing and analyzing the games and also trainings, in the presentation of the written reports and in video, utilization of softwares for the observation and analysis and mainly in the evolution of the knowledge about the game.
