Assim sendo, este trabalho foi realizado numa tentativa de entender os fatores que influenciam a importância atribuída à comunicação. Este estudo foi realizado com uma amostra de 144 inquéritos, obtidos através de um questionário on-line disponibilizado aos centros de atendimento medico veterinário. No presente trabalho os inquiridos referiram sempre a comunicação como tendo uma “importância elevada”; porém, este fator mostrou-se sempre independente de todas as variáveis testadas, talvez devido à aleatoriedade das respostas, comprovada estatisticamente. Devido ao enviesamento dos resultados, foi impossível validar se a independência das variáveis realmente se verifica.Being impossible to use practice without communicating and knowing that all communication has its consequences, it’s essential that veterinarians have in mind that their behavior has an impact on their clients and on the professionals who surround them. So, this work was made in an attempt to understand the factors that influence the importance concerning communication. This study was performed with a sample of 144 surveys obtained through an on-line questionnaire available to the center of veterinarian care. In this work the respondents always referred communication as having a “high importance”, although this factor appeared independent off all variables tested, maybe due to the randomness of the answers statistically verified.
