What we intend in this article is to drawan overview of the problem of Incarnation in the 2nd and 3rd centuries of the Christian Era, culminating in the Council of Nicaea in 325 AD, which becomes the great landmark of “resolution” of the issue of Incarnation that began in the 1st century AD.
