Simões, Beatriz Filipa Mourão2025-09-302025-09-302025http://hdl.handle.net/10437/15560O presente relatório de estágio aborda o planeamento, balanços e reflexões nas 4 áreas de estágio realizadas ao longo do ano letivo 2023/2024 que ocorreu na Escola Secundária Padre António Vieira. Na Área da Lecionação observou-se um grande progresso dos alunos da minha turma de 10º ano de ciências e tecnologias em 4 matérias do currículo: ginástica, dança, orientação e badminton. O meu projeto específico de lecionação teve como objetivo melhorar a minha intervenção nos Jogos Desportivos Coletivos, ou seja, o fornecimento de feedbacks e instrução aos alunos sobre os mesmos. Explorei esta temática na semana de professor a tempo inteiro e durante o 2º Semestre no âmbito do projeto "braço direito" com a professora Ana Leite. Na Área da Direção de Turma estabeleci como objetivo principal acompanhar, ao longo do ano, a diretora de turma do 10CT3, a professora Alexandra Ferreira, com quem realizei várias reuniões sobre assuntos relacionados com a turma e alunos em específico. A temática do projeto desta área visou o trabalho cooperativo entre os alunos para a pesquisa, realização e implementação de 2 jogos tradicionais portugueses na Saída de Campo realizada no Complexo Desportivo Nacional do Jamor. Nesta Saída de Campo, os alunos também realizaram 2 atividades de exploração da natureza, sendo elas, arborismo e orientação. Na Área do Desporto Escolar, eu e a minha colega estagiária Maria Morais criámos um núcleo de ginástica dentro da Escola Ativa. No 1º Semestre desenvolvemos um circuito que combinava ginástica de solo e ginástica acrobática para as alunas realizarem. Enquanto no 2º Semestre criámos uma coreografia em conjunto com as alunas que seria apresentada no final do ano ao departamento de EF. O projeto específico tinha como tema as competições de ginástica no Desporto Escolar, sendo que foram identificados 3 tipos de competições que podiam ser implementadas durante os treinos. Por último, o meu Projeto Seminário focou-se na lecionação da ginástica de aparelhos no ensino básico na escola de estágio. A pertinência deste tema centra-se nas respostas dadas pelos professores e pela coordenadora do departamento de Educação Física sobre o motivo pelo qual não lecionavam esta matéria.This internship report addresses the planning, assessments, and reflections in the 4 internship areas, conducted throughout the 2023/2024 academic year, which took place at Escola Secundária Padre António Vieira, in Lisbon. In the Teaching Area, the students showed great progress in my 10th year science and technology class in 4 curriculum subjects: gymnastics, dance, orienteering and badminton. My specific teaching project aimed to improve my intervention in Collective Sports Games, by providing feedback and instruction to students about them. I explored this topic during the full-time teacher week and during the 2nd Semester as part of the “braço direito” project with teacher Ana Leite. In the Class Management Area, I have established the main objective of monitoring, throughout the year, the class director of 10CT3, teacher Alexandra Ferreira, with whom I held several meetings on issues related to the class and specific students. The theme of the project in this area aimed at cooperative work between students to research, conduct and implement 2 traditional Portuguese games in the Field Trip held at the Jamor National Sports Complex. In this Field Trip, students also conducted 2 nature exploration activities, namely tree climbing and orienteering. In the School Sports Area, my fellow intern Maria Morais and I created a gymnastics center within Escola Ativa. In the 1st Semester, we developed a circuit that combined floor and acrobatic gymnastics for the students to perform. Afterwards, on the 2nd Semester, we created a choreography together and the students presented it at the end of the year to the Physical Education department. The project revolved around gymnastics competitions in School Sports, and it was possible to identify 3 types of competitions that were implemented during training. Lastly, my Seminar Project focused on teaching apparatus gymnastics in elementary grade at the internship school.
