Este processo constitui quatro capítulos, sendo eles: a lecionação, a direção de turma, o desporto escolar e os seminários. Na Lecionação, destaco a tentativa de compreensão de estabelecer uma ligação entre o conceito de motivação e os comportamentos de desvio dos alunos. Na Direção de Turma, destaco o meu papel na integração de uma aluna estrangeira na turma e a compreensão desse fenômeno, para ter mais ferramentas e conhecimentos para atuar futuramente nessas situações. No Desporto Escolar, enalteço ainda o impacto que o golfe pode ter na qualidade de vida dos jovens, enquanto mais uma oportunidade para os alunos poderem experienciar mais uma modalidade diferente do habitual e da sua rotina. No Seminário, também a implementação de Orientação na escola foi um passo importante, fazendo neste trabalho uma análise dos benefícios da prática desta matéria no desenvolvimento pessoal dos alunos. Por fim, concluo com uma análise do impacto da pandemia nas aulas de Educação Física e, por sua vez, as estratégias adotadas face às restrições impostas pelo Departamento de Educação Física. Isto, de acordo com a minha experiência de estágio em duas escolas distintas. The process has four different chapters: Teaching, Class management, School sports and Seminars. In Teaching, I highlight the attempt at understanding to establish a link between the concept of motivation and students' deviant behaviors. In class management, I highlight my role in the integration of a foreign student in the class and the understanding of this phenomenon to have more tools and knowledge to act in these situations in the future. In School Sports, I highlight the impact that golf can have on the quality of life of young people and the opening of yet another opportunity for students to experience a sport different from their usual and routine. In the seminar, I highlight the implementation of Orientation at school and analyze the benefits of the practice of this subject in the development of students. I conclude with an analysis of the impact of the pandemic on Physical Education classes and strategies adopted in view of the restrictions of the Department of Physical Education and my experience of intern in two different schools.
