Resumo
Realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Treino Desportivo da Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias, este relatório de estágio teve como objetivos gerais: (1) analisar o processo de treino, através de uma visão das dimensões taxonómicas, diferenciando métodos de treino concetualizados; e (2) refletir criticamente sobre todo o processo de treino e competitivo ao longo da época desportiva.
O estágio fui realizado na equipa de Juvenis A (Sub-17) do Clube Futebol Benfica na época desportiva 2016/2017, com a função de treinador de futebol.
Observou-se que (1) os métodos específicos de preparação foram os mais utilizados nos períodos pré-competitivo (44.4%) e competitivo (47%), relativamente aos métodos de preparação geral (28.4% e 20%, respetivamente) e aos métodos específicos de preparação geral (27.2% e 33%, respetivamente); e (2) os exercícios mais utilizados foram os de manutenção de posse de bola e os competitivos, com a intenção de operacionalizar o modelo de jogo. Realizou-se ainda um trabalho centrado no tema - futebol como meio de inclusão social.
Os resultados sugerem que a operacionalização de planificação foi eficiente, destacando-se o impacto no sucesso desportivo da equipa e no desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal do treinador estagiário.
The objectives of this internship report were: (1) to analyse the training process, through a view of the taxonomic dimensions, differentiating the training methods used; and (2) reflect critically on the whole process of training and competitive throughout the sporting season. The internship was held in the team of Juveniles A (Under-17) of the Football Club Benfica in the sport season 2016/2017, with the function of soccer coach. It was observed that (1) specific preparation methods were the most used in the pre-competitive (44.4%) and competitive (47%) periods, relative to the general preparation methods (28.4% and 20%, respectively) (27.2% and 33%, respectively); and (2) the most used exercises were those of maintenance of possession of the ball and the competitive ones, with the intention to operationalize the game model. Work was also focused on the theme - football as a means of social inclusion. The results suggest that the planning operation was efficient, highlighting the impact on the team's sporting success and the professional and personal development of the trainee trainer.
