| dc.description.abstract | É crescente o número de doentes oncológicos que obtém cura clínica, o que determina a necessidade de gerir recursos médicos escassos nos centros de especialidade, aonde a maioria é seguida em follow-up. A transferência da prestação de parte destes cuidados para o âmbito dos cuidados de saúde primários tem motivado acesa discussão, algumas tentativas foram implementadas, mas mantém-se a ausência de consensos. Incentivar a sua partilha, melhorando por um lado, a referenciação e, pelo outro, a medicina de proximidade, implica rever os objectivos do seguimento pós terapêutico, analisar os problemas deles decorrentes, propondo as medidas julgadas mais adequadas para lhe fazer face. | pt |
| dc.description.abstract | The number of oncologic sick people who get clinical cure is increasing, which determines the need of managing the few medical resources existing in the specialty centres, where the majority is accompanied in a followup process. The transfer of the provision of services of these care in the scope of the primary health care has been motivating a fierce debate; there have been implemented some tries, but there is still the lack of consensus. To stimulate its share, improving, on the one hand, the referentiation and, on the other hand, the medicine of proximity, implies the revision of the post-therapeutic follow-up aims, the analysis of the problem coming from these, proposing the measures taken as the most suitable to face this follow-up. | en |
