Conectivismo e aprendizagem colaborativa em rede : o facebook no ensino superior

Resumo
As interfaces sociais da web 2.0 têm proporcionado uma prática colaborativa mais intensa entre os seus usuários, espaço em que o conhecimento passa a ser compartilhado de forma coletiva. Dentre essas interfaces, as redes sociais na internet possibilitam a aplicação do conceito da Inteligência Coletiva de Lévy (2010), pois encontramos nestas redes indícios da utilização de uma Aprendizagem Colaborativa, que contribui em sua formação profissional. Diante dessa realidade, esse artigo procura identificar a percepção dos discentes em relação ao papel da rede social Facebook no processo de aprendizagem colaborativa na formação inicial de futuros profissionais de Comunicação Social com Habilitação em Publicidade. O Facebook foi escolhido por ser a rede social mais acessada do mundo pelos discentes. Utilizando o grupo focal para a coleta de dados a fim de identificar a percepção dos alunos do 6˚ Período do curso de Publicidade e Propaganda da Universidade Tiradentes. Os dados foram organizados com apoio do software de análise qualitativa “webQDA”. Considerando as análises realizadas com o grupo focal, pode se concluir que o Facebook contribui para uma aprendizagem colaborativa quando os discentes especificamente utilizam os grupos fechados para ampliar a sua formação profissional.
Social interfaces of Web 2.0 have provided a more intense collaborative practice among its users, space in which knowledge becomes shared collectively. Among these interfaces of social networks on the Internet made possible the application of the concept of Collective intelligence, Lévy (2010), because we found evidence in these networks of using a Collaborative Learning, contributing to their professional education. Given this reality, this article seeks to identify the perception of students regarding the role of Facebook social network on the collaborative learning process in the initial training of future professionals Social Communication with specialization in Advertising. Facebook was chosen as the most accessed social network in the world by students. Using focus groups to collect data in order to identify the students’ perception of 6th Period from the Media Studies Major from Tiradentes University. Data was organized with the support of qualitative analysis software “webQDA”. Considering the analysis with the focus group, it can be concluded that Facebook contributes to a collaborative learning when students specifically use the closed groups to expand their professional training.
