O presente trabalho pretende contextualizar a evolução do conceito de família e as suas vertentes de rutura, tais como a separação e o divórcio, bem como a pluralização das responsabilidades parentais que impõe a necessidade de repensar a família sob diversas abordagens. Partindo de uma abordagem teórica que pretende relacionar a crise familiar, e as
formas de recomposição da mesma, ao oferecer diversas soluções que consigam ultrapassar esta fase dolorosa de rompimento afetivo e o seu ajustamento. Neste âmbito surge o Tribunal de Família e os acordos Parentais onde a intervenção juspsicológica emerge e assume um
papel fundamental, pois esta está munida de instrumentos que permite avaliar os progenitores, uma vez que são estes que contribuem para o desenvolvimento integrado do menor. Esta solicitação surge no sentido de compreender se a estrutura familiar evidencia as condições necessárias para continuar a desempenhar o papel de cuidadores.
The present study seeks to contextualize the evolution of the concept of family and its forms, such as separation and divorce, as well as the parental ballot responsibilities that impose the need to rethink the family under various approaches. Starting from a theoretical approach in which you can relate to the family crisis, and find alternatives to rebuild the same by offering different solutions in which they can overcome the painful phase of rupture, emotional breakdown and other adjustments. This study context is the Family Court and the Parental agreements, where the intervention of juspsychology emerges and assumes a fundamental key role, because it is equipped with instruments that allows to evaluate the parents, since they are those who contribute to the child’s development. This request appears in order to understand the highlights of a family structure and the necessary conditions to continue to play the role of a minor’s caretaker.
