Resumo

The need for transparency and legitimacy in lobbying process has shaped a brand new organizational environment as well as new perspectives in the European Union institutions. This study is aimed to evaluate the significance of EU Green paper on transparency, by establishing a framework for legislation regulation on lobbying, and to explore the role of Public Relations and communication in the lobbying process, focusing on new influences and challenges.
