| dc.description.abstract | A presente dissertação, foi dirigida, a um primeiro nível a todos aqueles “Arquitetos” que desejem optar pela área da Segurança, nomeadamente a Coordenação de Segurança durante a elaboração do Projeto de Arquitetura. Insere-se no âmbito da Coordenação de segurança na construção, nomeadamente durante a elaboração do Projeto até à fase do início da execução da obra. A um segundo nível, demonstrou-se aos projetistas, as complexidades e os constrangimentos com quer têm de lidar face a legislação em vigor e ás boas práticas do exercício da profissão. A opção por este estudo deve-se à falta de informação compilada e disponível, sobre as diversas fases da coordenação de segurança em obra e do documento que faz a gestão da mesma aplicação dos princípios gerais de prevenção na fase de projeto, e quanto à forma como estes devem ser atendidos numa perspetiva de todo o ciclo de vida dos imóveis. Pretende-se assim esclarecer o significado da coordenação de segurança em fase de Projeto, e aplicado na legislação em vigor, quando obriga os autores de projeto a “aplicar os princípios gerais de prevenção durante a elaboração dos mesmos”. Para o efeito foram apresentados diversos exemplos práticos e propostas de “listas de verificação”, visando estas sistematizar a aplicação dos mesmos. Analisou-se também o significado e a forma de aplicar e proceder a alterações das opções arquitetónicas, e/ou técnicas, e/ou organizativas”, com o objetivo de fazer com que os princípios gerais de prevenção sejam atendidos em fase de projeto. A metodologia utilizada centrou-se na pesquisa qualitativa de natureza exploratória, através da profunda revisão bibliográfica sobre o tema em questão. | pt |
| dc.description.abstract | This dissertation was directed at a first level to all those "architects" who wish to choose the area of security, including security coordination during the development of Architectural Project. Falls under the coordination of safety in construction, particularly during the design phase of the project until the start of construction work. At a second level, it was shown to the project designers , the complexities and constraints have to deal with actual legislation and good practice of the profession. The choice of this study is due to lack of information compiled and available on the various phases of security coordination and on-site document that manages the application of the same general principles of prevention at the design stage, and the form like these must be met in view of the entire life cycle of buildings. The aim is to clarify the meaning of security coordination in the process of project, and applied the law in force when the project requires the authors to "apply the general principles of prevention during the preparation thereof." To this end were presented several practical examples and suggestions of "checklists" in order to systematize the application of these same. It was also analyzed the meaning and how to implement and carry out changes of architectural options, and / or technical and / or organizational "with the aim of making the general principles of prevention are met at the design stage. The methodology focused on exploratory qualitative research through in-depth review of the literature on the subject in question. | en |
