Las psicoterapias comportamentales y cognitivas en los trastornos de salud mental en España

Abstract

Bearing in mind that is impossible to separate the mental state of health from general heath, we can state that more than a 75% of Spanish psychologists declare themselves confined to fundamental behavioural model. This model is known as the cognitive-behavioural approach of evaluation and intervention in the field of clinical psychology. Nevertheless, in the light of expansion in the applications of psychology and regarding the new challenges that it creates, we found it more interesting when writing these lines trying to define the functions and to enclose the fields of action of the psychologist, both in the field of mental health in particular and in the field of health in general
