Estilos de vinculação, regulação emocional e partilha social das emoções em estudantes universitários

O presente estudo teve como objetivos verificar se os estilos de vinculação são preditores
utilização de estratégias relacionais na regulação emocional, em particular da partilha social
das emoções e avaliar o efeito mediador das estratégias de regulação emocional, na relação
estabelecida entre a vinculação e a partilha social das emoções. Foi utilizada uma amostra
constituída por 310 estudantes universitários. O protocolo de avaliação foi composto por um
questionário sociodemográfico e as seguintes medidas: Escala de Vinculação no Adulto,
Questionário de Regulação Emocional e o Questionário de Partilha Social das Emoções,
construído para este estudo. Os resultados indicaram que os indivíduos com estilos de
vinculação designados por “Conforto com Proximidade” e “Confiança nos Outros” utilizam
mais estratégias de reavaliação cognitiva das suas emoções e os indivíduos com um estilo de
vinculação designado “Confiança nos Outros” utilizam mais estratégias de Supressão
Emocional. Aqueles que apresentam estilos de vinculação designados “Ansiedade” e
“Confiança nos Outros” utilizam mais estratégias ligadas ao Segredo e o estilo de vinculação
“Conforto com Proximidade” está associado a estratégias ligadas às Relações Sociais e
Ventilação. A Supressão Emocional possui mediação total na associação entre a “Confiança
nos Outros” e a Intensidade da Partilha.
This study aimed to verify whether the binding styles are predictors use of relational strategies in emotional regulation. In particular, the social sharing of emotions and assess the mediating effect of the styles of emotional regulation, the relationship established between the binding styles and social sharing of emotions. 310 college students were used in this sample.. The assessment protocol consisted of a sociodemographic questionnaire and the following measures: Adult Attachment Scale, Emotion Regulation Questionnaire and the Social Sharing of Emotions Questionnaire, built for this study. The results indicated that individuals with attachment styles called "Comfort with Proximity" and "Trust in Others” use more Cognitive Rappraisal strategies of their emotions and individuals with a designated attachment style “Trust in Others” use more like strategies Supression Emotional. Those with designated attachment styles "Anxiety" and "Trust in Others” use more strategies than related to Secret and the “Comfort with Proximity" is associated with strategies linked to Social Relations and Ventilation. Emotional Suppression has full mediation in the association between “Trust in Others” and Intensity of Sharing.
