Resumo
Este estudo apresenta o título “A gestão do Centro de Apoio Pedagógico(CAP) que realiza
atendimento a educandos cegos no Estado do Amapá”, a partir de uma abordagem que
destaca a gestão dessa instituição visando favorecer a aprendizagem efetiva do aluno com
necessidades especiais, especificamente aqueles que possuem deficiência visual. Desse
modo os objetivos do estudo consistem em analisar a gestão do Centro de Apoio Pedagogico
a pessoa com deficiencia visual de Macapá; verificar de que forma é feita a gestão das
atividades da equipe multiprofissional no CAP-DV/AP; identificar as principais dificuldades
encontradas pela equipe multiprofissional, para realizar o desenvolvimento das avaliações ao
aluno cego e com baixa visão do CAP-DV/AP; analisar as principais dificuldades
encontradas pelos gestores para acolher e tomar as devidas providências a partir dos
resultados da avaliação realizada com educandos cegos do CAP-DV/AP. Os procedimentos
metodológicos destacaram a pesquisa bibliográfica, mediante a utilização de obras
acadêmicas, artigos científicos e trabalhos de conclusão de curso atualizados; além disso, foi
realizada a pesquisa de campo de natureza qualitativa junto aos profissionais que atuam no
CAP- DV/AP. Após o estudo inferiu-se que durante a realização do estudo, ficou evidente
que o CAP-DV/AP, tem exercido uma gestão que motiva os colaboradores a assumirem
responsabilidades cada vez maiores. Além disso, a equipe multidisciplinar possui a
inclinação de buscar cooperar entre si para o cumprimento de metas e o alcance de objetivos.
Entretanto, ainda se observa que a gestão precisa estar ciente da importância de se criar
programas e projetos que atendam as necessidades relacionadas a capacitação e o
conhecimento dos funcionários sobre o processo de atendimento dos alunos frequentadores
do CAP.
This study presents the theme "The management of the Pedagogic Support Center(CAP) that provides assistance to blind learners", based on an approach that emphasizes the management of this institution in order to favor the effective learning of the student with special needs, specifically those who are visually impaired. In this way the objectives of the study are to analyze the management of the Pedagogic Support Center to the visually impaired person of Macapá; Verify how the activities of the multiprofessional team are managed; Identify the main difficulties encountered by the multiprofessional team, to carry out the development of the evaluations to the blind and low vision student; To identify the main difficulties encountered by the managers to receive and take due measures from the results of the evaluation. The methodological procedures emphasized the bibliographical research, through the use of academic works, scientific articles and updated course work; In addition, the field research of a qualitative nature was carried out together with the professionals who work in the CAP-DVAP. After the study, it was inferred that during the study, it was evident that the CAP has exercised a management that motivates employees to take on ever greater responsibilities. In addition, the multidisciplinary team has the inclination to seek to cooperate with each other to achieve goals and achieve objectives. However, it is still observed that management needs to be aware of the importance of creating programs and projects that meet the needs related to training and the knowledge of employees about the process of attending students attending the CAP.
