Resumo
O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar as relações Creche – família, de modo a promover a comunicação e a
participação entre pais e profissionais. Este estudo foi realizado numa creche do município de Camacan-
BA, tendo como sujeitos participantes as professoras,as monitoras e os encarregados de educação.
Através de entrevistas estruturadas foi possível registar e analisar descritivamente as percepções dos
envolvidos na pesquisa, tendo em vista descortinar as suas opiniões sobre a parceria da creche com a
família, para o desenvolvimento da criança. Como resultado, destacamos a responsabilização de todos os
sujeitos, num trabalho concertado que envolve reuniões com os encarregados de educação, planificação de
atividades e de projetos, a motivação das crianças no sentido da aprendizagem e da autonomia, em relação
a habilidades do dia a dia. Progressivamente, é notória uma maior preocupação dos pais com a
aprendizagem e o seu apreço com a “culminância do Projeto”, em contraste com as necessidades primárias
de alimentação, saúde e segurança. Por isso, é essencial continuar o trabalho de parceria creche-família,
para uma maior consciencialização e envolvimento parental.
This work aims at analyzing the relation between day-care center and family, thus promoting the communication and participation among parents and professionals. This study was done at a day-care center in the city of Camacan- BA, and the participating subjects are the teachers, the monitors, and those in charge of education. Using structured interviews, it was possible to register and analyzedescriptively the perception of those involved in the research, with the objective of revealing their opinions about the relation between day-care center and the families, regarding the development of the children. As a result, we would like to point out the responsibility of all subjects, in an agreed work that involves meetings with those in charge of education, planning of activities and projects, the motivation of the children regarding learning and autonomy related to their daily skills. Progressively, it is noticeable that the parents are more concerned with the learning process and the culminating point of the Project, in contrast with the primary needs of food, health and safety. For these reasons, it is essential to continue the partnership of day-care center and family, for a bigger consciousness and involvement of the parents.
