Resumo
Este projecto tem como intenção o desenvolvimento de um guião para uma longa
metragem, segundo a estrutura narrativa clássica.
Tentei, com este guião, que estivessem presentes todos os «ingredientes» da
estrutura narrativa clássica (estrutura em três actos; personagens, estando bem definido o
protagonista, sua motivação e antagonista; progressão dramática com respectivo climax e
conclusão).
Ao trabalhar há vários anos com pessoas invisuais e também com pessoas com
algum problema mental ou cognitivo, deparei-me com histórias de abandono a vários níveis,
apercebendo-me do quanto isso afecta toda a vida do individuo. A história que apresento é,
além de um trabalho ficcional puro, uma tentativa de passar uma «mensagem» positiva a
quem passa por problemas semelhantes.
Este trabalho é a primeira versão desse guião, havendo, certamente, ainda muito
para alterar.
Para além do guião, acrescento dois pequenos capítulos. Num deles, falo um pouco
sobre a estrutura narrativa clássica e situo o meu guião no género/tom, e um outro onde
faço uma pequena comparação com outro filme onde o protagonista, embora bastante
diferente do meu, tem por base a falta de afecto, o que origina alguns comportamentos
semelhantes. Em anexo, acrescento a caracterização das personagens e respectiva
sinopse.
Por último, espero que este meu trabalho contribua para ajudar, a quem de uma
maneira ou de outra vive, situações semelhantes às vividas pelas personagens,
possibilitando um olhar diferente.

This project has the aim of developing a script for a feature film, according to a classical narrative structure. With this script, I tried to insert all the «ingredients» of the classical narrative structure (three acts, characters, well-defined leading role, his motivation and antagonist, dramatic development with the corresponding climax and conclusion). As I have worked several years with blind people, as well as with some mental disorder or cognitive probem, I came across stories of abandon at different levels, realizing how much that affects the individual’s whole life. This work is the first version of that script, even if there will be a lot to be improved. Apart from the script, I add still two small chapters. In one of them I mention a bit about the classical narrative structure and I place my script in a genre or tone, and on the other I make a short comparison with another motion picture where the leading part, although quite different from mine, feels the lack of affection, and that provokes similar behaviours. Attached, I add the characters’ description and the corresponding synopsis. Finally, I hope that my work can contribute to help those who in one way or the other, live situations similar to the characters’, bringing a new way of looking at them. I finish quoting Sílvia Marques (2003) “However, if we train our senses and intellect, we perceive that cinema goes way beyind catharsis, entertainment or information. Cinema educates, raises awareness, makes people more sensitive, make us think and feel, we rethink our prejudices, reorganize structures. This process is slow but deep. Through various films we learn about new cultures and and also about what is most engraved in the human soul.”
