Comunicação política : mediada por redes sociais interativas : educação política do sujeito na sociedade pós-moderna

Este trabalho abre uma discussão na área de ciência política, ao analisar os efeitos das mensagens veiculadas na manifestação popular, mobilizada por redes sociais interativas, em especial no dia 17 de junho de 2013, mês de junho, em que o movimento social teve seu ápice. Analisar o movimento popular ocorrido nesse dia e os fatores antecedentes que geraram uma comunicação política inovadora, mobilizada por meio das redes sociais interativas, constitui-se o objetivo deste estudo. A pesquisa teve abordagem qualitativa, com tratamento metodológico do estudo de caso, com sua narrativa e interpretação das mensagens compartilhadas entre os sujeitos participantes do movimento e como eles inferiram a realidade sociopolítica do país. As redes sociais interativas desafiam a comunicação política estruturada e inserem uma comunicação política construída pela iniciativa popular. Seus desdobramentos abriram um precedente para reconhecimento e legitimação da inserção das redes sociais interativas, como espaço público eletrônico, na comunicação política que emana do povo. Essa forma de comunicação política veiculada por RSI abriu uma nova forma de fazer circular os diferentes discursos políticos, a partir da realidade sociopolítica: pensar a sociedade em sua totalidade e preservar os direitos políticos, civis e sociais, contribuindo para a educação política do cidadão.
This work opens a discussion in the area of political science, to analyze the effects of the messages set out in mass demonstrations, mobilized by interactive social networks, in particular on 17 June 2013, the month of June, in which the social movement peaked. Analyze the popular movements that day and background factors that generated an innovative political communication, mobilized through interactive social networks, constitutes the objective of this study. The research was qualitative approach with methodological treatment of the case study, with its narrative and interpretation of the messages shared between subject movement participants and how they inferred the socio-political reality of the country. The interactive social networking challenge the structured political communication and insert a political communication built by popular initiative. Its developments opened a precedent for recognition and legitimization of the integration of interactive social networks such as electronic public space, political communication that emanates from the people. This form of political communication conveyed by RSI opened a new way to circulate the different political speeches, from the socio-political reality: think society as a whole and preserving the political, civil and social, contributing to the political education of citizens.
