Contribuições Freireanas para a educação ambiental crítico-transformadora em tempos de crises múltiplas : uma revisão sistemática (2012-2021)

Resumo
A gravidade da crise socioambiental vivenciada nos impõe o dever de transformação das relações entre homem-natureza-sociedade, e Paulo Freire em muito pode contribuir nesta almejada mudança. O trabalho tem por objetivo o mapeamento e análise crítica das pesquisas em Educação Ambiental - EA que se articulam com os ensinamentos Freireano. Foram analisados artigos científicos de periódicos brasileiros da área de EA , no período de 2012 a 2021. A pesquisa classifica-se como descritiva e documental, realizada numa abordagem qualitativa, com uso do método de revisão sistemática. Foram identificados 60 artigos científicos. Como resultado, a pesquisa evidencia inúmeras possibilidades de aplicação dos pressupostos educacionais, teóricos, políticos e filosóficos de Paulo Freire no contexto da EA e no enfrentamento da crise socioambiental, com possibilidades de articulação teórica com outras teorias pedagógicas e outros teóricos que comungam do objetivo de superar os paradigmas e crises múltiplas da contemporaneidade. Concluímos que os ensinamentos de Paulo Freire são atuais e de relevante importância para o aprimoramento da educação como um todo e, especialmente, da EA.
The severity of the socio-environmental crisis we are experiencing imposes on us the duty of transforming the relationship between man-nature-society, and Paulo Freire can greatly contribute to this desired change. The objective of this work is to map and critically analyze research in Environmental Education - EA that articulates with the Freirean teachings. Scientific articles from Brazilian journals in the area of EA were analyzed, from 2012 to 2021. The research is classified as descriptive and documentary, carried out in a qualitative approach, using the systematic review method. 60 scientific articles were identified. As a result, the research shows innumerable possibilities for applying Paulo Freire’s educational, theoretical, political and philosophical assumptions in the context of EE and in facing the socio-environmental crisis, with possibilities of theoretical articulation with other pedagogical theories and other theorists who share the objective of overcome the multiple paradigms and crises of contemporaneity. We conclude that Paulo Freire’s teachings are current and of relevant importance for the improvement of education as a whole and, especially, of EE.
