Sincretismo religioso judaico-cristão e greco-romano no Bom Jesus do SacroMonte bracarense

Resumo
Como objetivo central, apresentar-se-á o sincretismo judaico-cristão e greco-romano por meio da arte barroca representada
no Bom Jesus do Sacro-Monte bracarense, localizado no município de Braga, ao norte de Portugal. Esse espaço de devoção
se inicia no século XIV, e passou ao controle da Igreja e do Estado lusitano no período de d. João V (1707- 1750). O
método utilizado buscou abordar as substituições das inscrições que ligavam as imagens de Salomão, Davi, Isaías, Isaac,
entre outros símbolos judaicos, assim como os símbolos greco-romanos, por inscrições que passaram a relacionar essas
imagens ao calvário e martírio de Cristo. A análise teórica compreendeu esse sincretismo religioso na longa duração do
tempo histórico, e na dialética desse típico Calvário de substituição barroco na via-crucis do Sacro-Monte.
As a central objective, the Jewish -Christian and Greco-Roman syncretism will be presented through baroque art represented in Bom Jesus do Sacro-Monte Bracarense, located in Braga, in the north of Portugal. This space of devotion began in the fourteenth century, and came under the control of the Church and the Lusitanian state in the period of d. John V (1707-1750). The method used sought to address the substitutions of the inscriptions that linked the images of Solomon, David, Isaiah, Isaac, among other Jewish symbols, as well as the Greco-Roman symbols, by inscriptions that came to relate these images to the Calvary and martyrdom of Christ. The theoretical analyses comprised this religious syncretism in the long duration of historical time, and in the dialectic of this typical Baroque substitute Calvary in the Sacro-Monte via-crucis.
