Residências assistidas para idosos

Abstract

Projecto Tese de um Edifício de Residências Assistidas para Idosos, integrado e aberto à cidade, onde se promove a ligação entre pais, filhos e netos, num Equipamento Contemporâneo, de Projecção Futura cada vez mais necessário. Este trabalho pretende, acima de tudo, questionar a necessidade de novas tipologias habitacionais na cidade para as populações mais idosas – Residências Assistidas. Este tipo de equipamento – Residências Assistidas – poderá no futuro ser um dinamizador do tecido urbano, levando à renovação regular da cidade, resolvendo problemas de isolamento social com o realojamento dos idosos neste tipo de residência, dando-lhes melhores condições de vida. O trabalho focará a problemática do envelhecimento da população nos centros históricos; a próximidade espacial e a distância social; a importância das Residências Assistidas para combater o isolamento da população idosa; novas tipologias habitacionais; Proposta, uma possibilidade de residência assistida –Tese/ Projecto; e a cidade enquanto um organismo em constante renovação. A proposta apresentada, assenta na criação de espaços distintos e interligados, proporcionando esquemas de vivência autónomos e diferenciados, bem como diversas tipologias, sendo estas organizadas de forma a que à sua funcionalidade esteja associada a privacidade, de modo a garantir a qualidade de vida dos utentes, preveligiando os melhores angulos de vista para o espaço exterior e a melhor exposição solar. Esta respeitará o estabelecido nas normas em vigor – Decretos-lei, Decretos Normativos, entre outros.Project Thesis of a complex building for elderly people, incorporated and open to the city, where the relationship between parents, kids and grandkids is promoted, in a Contemporary Equipment, with a future projection all the more necessary. The intend of this work is, above it all, question the necessity of new housing typologies in the city for the elderly population – Supporting Residences. This type of equipment – Supporting Residences – might be, in the future, a dynamism form for the urban tissue, leading to the systematic renovation of the city, solving problems of social isolation with the relocation of the elderly to this type of residences, improving their life conditions. The focus of this thesis is the problematic of the aging in the historic centers; the spatial proximity and the social distance; the importance of the Supporting Residences in the combat of the isolation that is more common in the elderly; new housing typologies; Project, an possibility of Supporting Residence –Thesis/ Project, and the city while an organism in constant renovation. The present proposal takes form in the creation of distinguishes and associated spaces, promoting the self-sufficiency and differentiation between them as well as the diversities typologies, this are organized in a way that the privacy is automatically associates to its functionality, which guarantees the elderly better live conditions, privileging the exterior view and the best solar exposition.
