La investigación formativa en las universidades peruanas : análisis de tendencias y desafíos en documentos institucionales

Resumo
Historicamente, as universidades peruanas apresentaram baixos níveis de produtividade em pesquisa. Como resultado, foram apresentadas políticas educacionais visando melhorar esse aspecto, entre elas, a valorização da pesquisa produzida nessas instituições de ensino. No entanto, é necessário formar pesquisadores com estratégias eficazes, como a pesquisa formativa (PF). Embora a situação em termos de pesquisa pareça estar melhorando nos últimos anos, é necessário avaliar o estado atual da PF nessas instituições. Portanto, o objetivo deste estudo foi revisar a situação da pesquisa formativa nas universidades peruanas. Para tal, foi utilizada uma revisão documental dos documentos que orientam as ofertas educacionais. Os resultados revelam que a PF está mais presente nas universidades públicas do que nas privadas. Por outro lado, é considerada principalmente nos modelos educacionais e planos estratégicos institucionais. Além disso, há evidências de uma diversidade de formas de consideração da PF nos documentos. Finalmente, foi identificado que a principal razão para as universidades não considerarem a PF é a ausência de registros nos documentos de gestão. Na ausência de estudos semelhantes anteriores, os resultados são discutidos com evidências específicas para cada objetivo. As limitações do trabalho e as futuras linhas de pesquisa também são apresentadas.
Historically, Peruvian universities have had low levels of research productivity. As a result, educational policies aimed at improving this aspect have been presented, among them, the enhancement of the value of the research produced in these houses of study. However, it is necessary to train researchers with effective strategies, such as formative research (FR). Although the situation in terms of research seems to be improving in recent years, it is necessary to evaluate the current state of FI in these institutions. Therefore, the objective of this study was to review the situation of formative research in Peruvian universities. For this purpose, a documentary review of the documents guiding the educational offerings was used. The findings reveal that FI is more present in public than in private universities. On the other hand, it is mainly considered in educational models and institutional strategic plans. In addition, there is evidence of a diversity of forms of consideration of FI in the documents. Finally, it was identified that the main reason for universities not considering FI is that there is no record of it in management documents. In the absence of previous similar studies, the results are discussed with specific evidence for each objective. The limitations of the work and future lines of research are also presented.
