Resumo
Este artigo tem por objectivo analisar elementos da tragédia grega, a partir dos dilemas dos personagens Édipo e Antígona. A tragédia reconstitui as narrativas míticas e externaliza as questões fundamentais da política e do direito. Surge, então, o problema da decidibilidade – que é a questão central do direito —, abrindo-se o campo para a observação histórica e para a reconstrução da memória no presente.
This article intends to analyze elements of the Greek tragedy, from the quandaries of the characters Oedipus and Antigone. The tragedy recreates mythical narratives and utters the basic questions of politics and law. It arises, then, the problem of the decision-making that is the central question of law, which opens the field to historical observation and memory rebuilding in the present.
