Tecnologias digitais da informação e comunicação para o alcance dos objetivos de desenvolvimento sustentável : a educação atravessada pela pandemia

As Tecnologias Digitais da Informação e Comunicação (TDIC) aplicadas ao campo educacional podem favorecer o alcance dos objetivos delineados na Agenda 2030 da Organização das Nações Unidas. Questiona-se como se caracteriza a produção científica em circulação internacional no que concerne à discussão atual sobre a utilização das TDIC com vistas à concretização dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS), notadamente o referente à educação de qualidade. Objetivou-se compreender o panorama da produção científica atinente às imbricações entre TDIC, ODS e Educação no período 2016-2022. Metodologicamente, o estudo se insere no âmbito bibliométrico, que empregou o programa VOSviewer na análise de 60 documentos indexados na base de dados Scopus. Constatou-se que a temática é interdisciplinar, com maior participação para as produções na área de Ciências Sociais e Humanas (n = 39 =65%). A partir de 2019, houve incremento na produção; o ano de 2020 destacou- se com a maior quantidade de documentos (n = 18 = 30%), possivelmente em decorrência da pandemia e da emergência do uso das TDIC. Conclui-se que as instituições de ensino utilizam as TDIC para promover educação de qualidade, a qual não prescinde da integralidade, indivisibilidade e interdisciplinaridade dos ODS, cujo alcance requer o envolvimento de governos e sociedade em geral, para também favorecer a compreensão do cenário educacional no mundo ainda sob os reflexos da crise da Covid-19.
Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT) applied to the educational field can favor the achievement of the objectives outlined in the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations. It questions how the scientific production in the international circulation is characterized about the current discussion on the use of DICT to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), notably concerning quality education. The objective was to understand the panorama of scientific production regarding the intertwining between DICT, SDGs and Education in the period 2016-2022. Methodologically, the study is part of the bibliometric scope, which used the VOSviewer program in the analysis of 60 documents indexed in the Scopus database. It was found that the theme is interdisciplinary, with greater participation for production in Social and Human Sciences (n = 39 = 65%). From 2019, there was an increase in production, 2020 stood out with the highest amount documents (n = 18 = 30%), possibly due to the pandemic and the emergence of the use of DICT. It is concluded that educational institutions use DICT to promote quality education, this does not dispense with the integrality, indivisibility and interdisciplinarity of the SDGs, whose reach requires the involvement of governments and society in general, to also favor the understanding of the educational scenario in a world still under the effects of the COVID-19 crisis
