Resumo
O projeto “Animação Socio Cultural e Desportiva na 3ª Idade” apresenta um conjunto de visitas exteriores, com o objetivo de desenvolver o exercício físico, o convívio, as relações interpessoais e o lazer aos vários participantes em cada visita. Estas visitas destinaram-se as pessoas de 3ª Idade, com idades superiores a 59 anos. No entanto participaram também pessoas de uma faixa etária inferior, com idade compreendida entre os 5 e os 18 anos idade.
Este projeto pretendeu ilustrar e compreender melhor como a vertente física, aliada a várias outras componentes como o lazer e as relações inter pessoais podem contribuir para o bem-estar das pessoas na 3ª Idade.
Dai que o presente projeto apresente duas partes, uma teórica e outra pratica, em que a teórica sustenta as atividades realizadas e a avaliação que delas foi feita, isto é como Animação Socio Cultural e a Inclusão Social se podem aliar à atividade física de forma positiva.
The " Animation Socio Cultural and Sports in 3rd Age " design features a set of outdoor visits, with the objective of developing physical exercise, socializing, interpersonal relationships and leisure to several participants at each visit. These visits were intended people 3rd Age, older than 59 years. However people also participated in a lower age group, aged between 5 and 18 years old. This project intended to illustrate and better understand how the physical aspect, combined with several other components such as leisure and inter personal relationships can contribute to the welfare of the people in the 3rd Age. Give the Gift performed submit two parts, one theoretical and the other practical, in which the theoretical sustains realized activities and assessment that was taken of them, this is how Animation Socio Cultural and Social Inclusion can combine physical activity positively.
