| dc.description.abstract | O objetivo do estudo realizado foi verificar a existência de uma relação entre a Inteligência Emocional e a Satisfação no trabalho num contexto organizacional onde o valor central é a hospitalidade. Para medir as variáveis em estudo foram utilizadas as escalas de medida Job Satisfaction Survey de Paul Spector (1994) e Assessing Emotions Scale (Schutte,Malouff, Thorsteinsson, Bhullar & Rooke, 2007). Tentou-se verificar a possibilidade de existir uma correlação entre a Inteligência Emocional e a Satisfação no trabalho. Os resultados mostram que a relação entre Inteligência Emocional e satisfação só ocorre na parte da amostra que tem contacto direto com os hóspedes. | pt |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study is to verify the existence of the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Job Satisfaction at work, where hospitality is the central value. To measure the variables in study we used the Job Satisfaction Survey by Paul Spector (1994) and the Assessing Emotions Scale (Schutte, Aloof, Thorsteinsson, Bhullar & Rooke, 2007). We try to verify whether there was a correlation between Emotional Intelligence and Job satisfaction. The results show that there is a relation between Emotional Intelligence and satisfaction but on the individuals that have direct contact with the guest. | en |
