A presente investigação procurou compreender, de forma inovadora, através de um estudo de carácter exploratório, qual a relação existente entre os vários estilos de vinculação e os níveis de pensamento criativo em sujeitos adultos. Neste sentido pretendemos perceber se a
vinculação é determinante para o desenvolvimento das características individuais que estão na base da criatividade. Como ponto de partida, acreditámos que uma vinculação segura estivesse relacionada com uma maior exploração do meio e consequentemente com níveis
mais elevados de criatividade.Para o estudo foram utilizados como instrumentos de avaliação, o teste figurativo Test for Creative Thinking- rawingProduction(TCT-DP), de forma a avaliar a criatividade; e a Escala de Vinculação no Adulto (EVA) para avaliar a vinculação.
Participaram no estudo, uma amostra constituída por 151 indivíduos, onde 133 participantes
eram do sexo masculino (88.08%) e 18 do sexo feminino (11.92%), com idades compreendidas entre 18 e os 61 anos, com uma média de idades de 43.43 anos e desvio padrão de 9.28.A análise estatística realizou-se através de uma regressão linear simples entre
as dimensões da EVA e os critérios do TCT, sendo que os resultados se mostraram inconclusivos relativamente ao objetivo em estudo, revelando não haver diferenças significativas na relação entre a vinculação e a criatividade. No entanto sublinha-se o valor da regressão entre a dimensão confiança nos outros e o critério quebra do limite dependente, que se apresentou como tendencialmente significativo.
This research aimd at understanding, in an innovative way, through an exploratory study, the relationship between the different attachment styles and creative thinking in adult subjects. Regarding this we want to see if the attachment is crucial to the development of individual characteristics that are the basis for creativity. As a starting point, we believe that a secure attachment was associated with a major exploration of the environment and hence to higher levels of creativity. The following measures were used: the figurative test Test for Creative Thinking- Drawing Production (TCT-DP) in order to assess creativity; and the Adult Attachment Scale (AAS) for measuring the attachment. Participated in the study, a sample of 151 individuals, where 133 participants were male (88.08%) and 18 females (11.92%), aged between 18 and 61 years, with an average age of 43.43 years and a standard deviation of 9.28. Statistical analysis was performed using simple linear regressions between the dimensions of AAS and TCT criteria, and the results were inconclusive regarding our aim, revealing no significant differences in the relationship between attachment and creativity. However, i tis noteworthy that value of the regression between the confident attachment style and the limit break criterion, which is trendy.
