Resumo
Abordar a constante evolução do marketing digital, é inevitável. As
empresas precisam de acompanhar esta evolução de modo a alcançarem
resultados acima da média, e para alcançarem resultados acima da média, têm
que fazer o que a média não faz. As ideias falham, as pessoas não! Esqueça o
erro, mas nunca a lição. As empresas precisam de acompanhar os
consumidores, traçar os seus novos perfis, e acima de tudo ganhar a sua
confiança. E para isso, é necessário transmitir o seu verdadeiro valor, serem
transparentes.
Deste modo, no seguimento do estágio curricular realizado na ACIN
iCloud Solutions, o presente relatório tem como principal objetivo caracterizar
a entidade, através de uma auditoria, com enfoque na apresentação das várias
soluções da mesma e nas tarefas desenvolvidas durante o estágio. De seguida,
para complementar as competências adquiridas durante o estágio,
percorreremos a evolução do marketing desde o 1.0 ao 3.0, e traçaremos um
panorama sobre o marketing 4.0, bem como o seu impacto na atualidade,
através da descrição do novo perfil do consumidor digital, do marketing de
conteúdo, do SEO, do E-mail Marketing e do Marketing nas Redes Sociais. Por
último, será realizada uma análise crítica e a conclusão do relatório de estágio.
Addressing the constant evolution of digital marketing is inevitable. Companies need to follow this evolution in order to achieve extraordinary results and for that they have to do what the average doesn’t do. Ideas fail, people don't! Forget the mistake, but never the lesson. Companies need to keep up with consumers, create their new profiles, and above all, earn their trust. And for that, it is necessary to transmit its true value, to be transparent. Thus, following the curricular internship carried out at ACIN iCloud Solutions, this report has as main goal to characterize the entity, through an audit, focusing on the presentation of its solutions and the tasks developed during the internship. Then, to complement the skills acquired during the internship, we will go through the evolution of marketing from 1.0 to 3.0, and we will outline an overview of marketing 4.0, as well as its impact on the present, through the description of the new profile of the digital consumer, content marketing, SEO, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing. Finally, a critical analysis and the conclusion of the internship report will be carried out.
